What is Kvill

Kvill is an AI-powered presentation generator available at kvill.ru. The Service enables users to create professional slide presentations from text prompts, uploaded documents, spreadsheets, and images — without design skills or manual slide-building.

Kvill uses a configured AI provider as its generation engine and creates structured, visually styled presentations ready to download as PDF or PPTX.

Core Features

What Counts as a "Generation"

A generation is one full presentation created by AI in response to your prompt or file upload. Editing individual slides in chat mode, regenerating a slide, exporting, or another paid action may be a separate Paid Operation. Its price is determined under the then-current tariff and actual usage; the final amount and charge are shown in the operations history. Where the interface displays an estimated price or reserve amount, the operation starts after the User separately confirms it.

A Paid Operation is delivered when its intended result has been recorded in your account and is available to view or download, or when another expressly described action has completed successfully. If the operation fails technically and no result is delivered, any reservation is released and the charge is not made or is restored. Subjective dissatisfaction alone does not establish a failure or defect, without limiting mandatory Consumer remedies.

Service Limitations and Constraints

Pricing

Kvill does not use subscriptions, automatic renewal, or recurring charges. A one-time top-up creates Paid Balance in Russian Rubles (RUB) and is an advance for future separate operations.

Generations, edits, exports, and other paid actions are purchased separately. Their price is determined under the then-current tariff and actual usage; the final amount and charge are shown in the operations history. Where the interface displays an estimated price or reserve amount, the operation starts after the User separately confirms it.

For cash-refund purposes, the confirmed unused remainder of advance payments is determined separately from payment records and the operations journal. Complimentary bonuses are excluded: they are not money or advance payments and cannot be paid out or refunded.

Payment is processed by T-Bank. Accepted payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, Mir (Russian cards). The Provider does not store your card details.

Refunds

The detailed refund terms are in Section 6 of the Terms of Service.

• Unused Paid Balance is refundable on request; bonuses are not included in a cash refund.
• If an operation does not complete because of a technical failure, its reservation is released and any erroneous charge is restored to the corresponding balance.
• Technical completion alone does not rule out a service defect. A Consumer chooses the remedies available under Article 29 of the Russian Consumer Protection Law; the Provider's review establishes the facts but does not replace that choice. Subjective dissatisfaction alone does not establish a defect.
• A bank chargeback is recorded only after an external return is confirmed. If the returned advance has already been used, Paid Balance may become negative. That negative entry is an accounting measure pending reconciliation, not an admission of debt. If the return implements a lawful Consumer remedy, corrects an unauthorized or erroneous payment, or otherwise does not create a User payment obligation under applicable law, the entry is adjusted and no repayment is required. New Paid Operations may be unavailable during reconciliation and, if an obligation is confirmed, until it is cleared; sign-in and access to stored data are not blocked for that reason alone.

The Provider records the claim when received. A refund demand is satisfied within the period required by applicable law; a demand governed by Article 31 of the Russian Consumer Protection Law is satisfied within 10 days from the date it is made. A request to which no specific mandatory period applies is reviewed no later than 10 calendar days after receipt. Missing information is requested without undue delay and does not extend a mandatory deadline unless the law expressly allows it. Within the applicable period, the Provider takes all actions within its control that are necessary to make the refund. A bank may display the transaction later; this does not vary the mandatory period or limit the Consumer's statutory rights if that period is missed.

Service Availability

Kvill targets 99%+ availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance windows are announced in advance where possible.

Generation speed depends on AI model load and may vary. During peak hours, generation may take longer than usual.

Technical Infrastructure

Kvill is hosted on a VPS in Frankfurt, Germany (TimeWeb Cloud). The AI engine uses the configured commercial API provider. Account and presentation data is stored in Supabase (AWS Frankfurt, Germany).
